Two Programs, One Dealer

Built for Commercial Professionals

Bailey's Online offers two distinct Husqvarna programs designed to reduce equipment costs for commercial operators. Whether you're building out a fleet or competing for a government contract, we have a program that works for your business.

2025 Program

Commercial Fleet Discount Program

The Husqvarna Commercial Fleet Discount Program provides commercial customers a volume discount on major purchases of new equipment and accessories. This program is available to companies or agencies involved in commercial landscaping or arborist businesses on a full-time basis, or those that use the equipment as a means of producing income.

Customers earn points based on qualifying products purchased. Reaching 6 or 10 points on a single invoice unlocks progressively deeper discounts — and qualifying at 10+ points extends that discount for up to 24 months on re-orders.

New for 2025

  • Simplified qualifying brackets starting at just 6 points

Fleet Program — Common Questions

Who qualifies for the Commercial Fleet Discount Program?

Commercial customers involved in landscaping or arborist businesses on a full-time basis, or companies that use the equipment as a means of producing income. This includes commercial landscapers, arborists, and related contractors.

How do I accumulate Fleet Points?

Points are earned based on the qualifying products purchased in any combination on a single invoice. A minimum of 6 points on one invoice is required to qualify. Qualifying handheld equipment earns 1 point per unit — and a purchase of 3 pro chainsaws qualifies for the 6-point fleet discount.

Can I add accessories to my Fleet order?

Yes. Commercial Accessories — bars, chains, arborist gear, forestry tools, sprayers, trimmer line, trimmer heads, oil/fuel, Pro Batteries, Pro Chargers, battery accessories, and PPE — can be added to an original equipment order at the qualified discount level. These items do not count toward the point total but must be ordered at the same time as the qualifying purchase.

How long does the extended discount last?

Customers who reach the 10+ point threshold on their original qualifying purchase are eligible for re-orders of individual qualifying products at the same discount for up to 24 months. No other units qualify for the extended discount.

Can the Fleet Discount be combined with other promotions?

No. The Commercial Fleet Discount Program cannot be used with or as part of any other discount, rebate, or promotional program.

Government & Tax-Exempt

Bid Assistance Program

Husqvarna's Bid Assistance Program supports dealers competing for bids from government agencies, the military, and any organization with a tax-exempt IRS number. The program may also be used to support sales to professional landscaping contractors maintaining government or tax-exempt organization properties.

When a qualifying sale is made at a discount from the Power Price, Husqvarna reimburses a portion of that discount — up to 10% on qualifying units. For you, that means Bailey's can quote aggressively competitive pricing on your bid and handle the paperwork from quote to delivery.

Who Qualifies

  • Federal, state, and local government agencies
  • Military organizations
  • Any IRS tax-exempt organization
  • Professional landscape contractors with a qualifying government or tax-exempt maintenance contract (minimum 12 months, at least 6 months remaining)

Claim Timing: Bid assistance claims are submitted within 30 days of the sale date, and year-end claims for product sold by December 31 must be received by January 15 to receive credit. Bailey's files the paperwork for you.
