Pick the class, then the saw
Husqvarna chainsaws come in five classes on this page: homeowner, farm and ranch, professional, battery and top-handle. Pick the class that matches the work you do, then compare weight, bar range and, for gas saws, engine size on each card below.
Not sure which one fits? The Find Your Saw wizard asks about your work and narrows the list, or call the Husqvarna desk at (800) 322-4539.

How to read a Husqvarna model name
The letters in a Husqvarna model name tell you a lot about the saw. Here is how they line up across the saws on this page:
- XP: the 372XP, 550XP Mark II, 564XP, 572XP, 592XP, 3120XP, T540XP Mark III and the battery 540i XP and 550i XP are all saws Husqvarna lists as professional chainsaws.
- i: a battery saw, such as the 350i Power Axe, 540i XP and 550i XP.
- T: a top-handle saw, such as the T540XP Mark III.
- W or Full Wrap: a full-wrap handlebar version, such as the 572XPW and 585 Full Wrap. It's a separate product from the base saw, so check parts and fitment for the version you own.
- Rancher: the 455 Rancher sits in the farm and ranch class here; Husqvarna lists it as a residential saw.
The number doesn't map neatly to engine size (the 372XP, at 70.7 cc, is bigger than the 545 Mark II at 50.1 cc), so compare the engine size on each gas saw's card.
